The FISA BC office does not carry out admission services for students or schools.
Each school sets its own policy, not only with respect to entrance requirements, but also with respect to foreign student placement. Therefore, the individual school should be contacted for admissions information.
FISA BC celebrated its 50th Anniversary on February 4-5, 2016 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Over 5000 educators province-wide were in attendance. Keynote speakers were Chris Hadfield, Daniel Pink, and Charles Fadel. Sessional speakers included Amy Burvall, Christopher Gaze, Kimberly Mitchell, Alan November, and Yong Zhao.
Approximately 80% of independent school students in 2015-2016 attend schools receiving 50% grants, 16% attend schools receiving 35% grants, and 3% attend schools receiving no government grants.+ MORE STATS & RESOURCES
